In order to start up a freight forwarding business, which involves the sale of goods and matching customers with carriers, it is required to hold a licence for intermediation in the carriage of goods (failure to do so during a US inspection results in an official fine of PLN 8,000), which requires security in the amount of 50 000 EUR x 4.2267 PLN. To meet the needs of entrepreneurs, as the market leader we offer existing limited liability companies with a shipping licence, in which, prior to the purchase of shares, you yourself indicate e.g. new members of the management board, the president, the seat of the company and a possible company contract. Along with the company you will receive a company registration number, VAT ID and a bank account. All our companies have never operated, have no employees and have no contracts. We are not intermediaries and all companies are registered and handled by us.

When you purchase a limited liability company from us, we provide a guarantee for the transcription of the forwarding licence at your local authority during the eventual verification of the licence for financial security.
